FOCUS Brand Cash Register Roll Slitting Machine
DESCRIPTION
FOCUS brand Thermal paper slitting machine and printing machine is one of the advanced equipment used for slitting and printing thermal paper, cash register paper, ATM Paper and other paper less than 250gsm. It is flexo printing and slitting, automatic paper-cutting, automatic magnetic powder tension control, touch screen operation data setting and PLC program control, frequency conversion speed regulation and full pneumatic operation, accurate cutting, good printing effect and reliable performance.
The automatic slitting machine realizes total unmanned operation. Fully automatic slitting, automatic breaking, automatic flattening, and packaging(option) are integrated. The automatic slitting machine features: automatic paper loading, non-stop, automatic tube feeding, transmission, loading (different from rotating upper shaft and shaftless rewinding, which makes the rewinding face more tidy and stable), automatic paper cutting, gluing, pushing, bonding, suction waste edge, marking, ink filling, and transmission realize full automation.

It adopts Siemens frequency inverter for speed adjusting, the speed can be displayed on the operation panel. Frequency inverter motor: 2.2Kw. Automatic lift-up loading system is controlled by a motor from Taiwan (only for one ply slitting machine). All transmission rollers have been dynamic/static balance treated. Equipped with Auto length counter. The machine will stop when the length achieves the input data.

Packaging Details
The normal package is wooden box. The wooden box will be fumigated. If container is too tigher, we will use pe film for packing or pack it according to customers special request
